Cancellation Policy: Overview

Did you know that Complexions Med Spa by Northern Oklahoma Dermatology has a cancellation policy for all clients? These rules serve to protect and respect our aesthetician’s time, as well as our clients. That’s why we have all clients sign our cancellation policy agreement each year. 

The summary of that agreement is below:

You must notify the spa 24 hours in advance if you cannot make your scheduled medical spa appointment. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at 918-214-8686. Otherwise, you may be subject to a fee if you cancel, miss, or reschedule your appointment without proper notice. 

We understand that everyone gets busy, emergencies arise, or things come up at the last minute. That’s why the first appointment time you cancel, miss, or reschedule without advance notice is on us. Meaning we won’t charge you a cancellation fee. 

However, the second appointment time you cancel, miss, or reschedule without advance notice is subject to a fee that is 50% of the cost of your scheduled service. 

The third appointment time you cancel, miss, or reschedule without advance notice is subject to a fee that is 100% of the cost of your scheduled service. 

To give you the proper time to cancel without penalty, we will call or text you 48 hours before your appointment to confirm it will still work with your schedule. Even if we cannot reach you, you must arrive at your scheduled appointment date and time to avoid late arrivals, missed or cancellation/no-show fees. 

Failure to follow these steps will result in a cancellation or no-show fee on your account, and you will receive a bill. 

If you give us at least 24 hours of advance notice, you will not be able to make your appointment; you will avoid cancellation fees. In addition, doing so allows us to fill that time slot with one of our clients on the waiting list.
