REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

 Below outlines the refund and returns policy for Complexions Med Spa by Northern Oklahoma Dermatology, located at 505 E 3rd St, Suite #2 & #3, Bartlesville, OK 74003.

In-Store Purchases 

 All unopened skin care products purchased in our store have a 10-day return limit. In addition, all skincare products must be unused, in the original packaging, and the same condition as when you received the item.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Therefore, you’ll need to bring the item along with the original receipt for us to begin the return process. Next, we will initiate your refund to the original form of payment within 3 to 5 business days.

 Online Purchases

 Items purchased on complexionsmedspa.org have a 21-day return policy. All skincare products must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received the item.

 To initiate an online return, please email hello@complexionsmedspa.org with your order number and the return request.

 If the item gets damaged during transit, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label to mail your return items to our location at 505 E 3rd St, Suite #2 & #3, Bartlesville, OK, 74003.

 All other reasons may require the customer to be responsible for the return shipping costs. Therefore, if necessary, we may subtract shipping costs from the total refund amount.

 Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will initiate the refund to your original form of payment within 3 to 5 business days.

 Refunds

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item.

 We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 If approved, we will apply your refund to the original form of payment.

 Late or Missing Refunds

 If you haven’t received a refund, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time to process.

 Exchanges

 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at hello@complexionsmedspa.org to start the process. You can ship your item back to:

Gift Cards

 At this time, gifts cards are non-returnable.

You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
